SOCIAL PROGRAM

1. Welcome Reception (The First Day)
(The time schedule has been changed
from "17:00 - 21:00" to "18;30 - 20:30" )

A welcome reception will be held at 18:30 - 20:30 on Friday 22nd, September 2023 in the B-Con Plaza B1F. All the participants are invited to the reception.





2. Social Bus Tour
for "The Beppu Jigokumeguri
(The Hell Tour)"
(The Secod Day)

A social Bus tour for the Beppu Jigokumeguri (The Hell Tour) will be held in the afternooon on Saturday 23rd, September 2023. All the participants are invited to the tour. We will leave by bus at 15:20 at the Conferenc Place (B-Con Plaza) for the place of "The Hell Tour, where we will visit Hells, on foot, in the orde of ①Oniishibozu-Jigoku (Oniishishaven-head Hell) for 20 min. and then ② Umi-Jigoku (Sea Hell) for 50 min.. After enjoying the beautiful Hells we will take the bus at 17:00 to the Kamenoi Hotel, where banquet will be held.






3. Banquet
(The Second Day)

The Banquet will be held from 18:00 to 20:30 in the evening on Saturday 23rd, September 2023
at the Kamenoi Hotel.







4. Social Bus Tour for
"Mt. Aso - Kumamoto Castle"
(The Third Day)

A social Bus Tour for "Mt. Aso - Kumamoto Castle" will be held on the third day, Sunday 24th, September 2023.All the participants are invited to the tour. During the tour, your baggages can be kept in the trank of the bus. Lunch is seved at the restaurant at "Douce Nucca" in Mt. Aso.

The Bus leaves at the Conerence Place (the B-Con Plaza) through Yamanami highway for "The Senomoto Rest House", where we will have free time of 20 minutes to take a rest.

Then, we will take again the bus to the Restaurant, "Douce Nucca", at Mt. Aso. At the restaurant you will enjoy the nice view of Mt. Aso, which is one of the world’s largest active volcanoes. Here, we will stay 80 minutes, during which we will take first group picture and then enjoy nice lunch.

And then the bus takes us to the famous beautiful castle, "The Kumamoto Castle", which was constructed about 400 years ago (in 1607) by a first Daimyo (feudal lord) of the castle, Kiyomasa Kato, with great effort. First we will take a group picture and then free time of 90 min.






For ITC-Fukuoka
After the "Mt. Aso - Kumamoto Castle Tour" the bus takes you to the JR Kumamoto Station in JR Shinkansen line, from where you can take a super-express train to the Hakata Station, where ITC-Fukuoka will be held. It takes 35 ~ 50 minutes. You have to buy the Shinkansen train chicket by yourself.
