The forum will be held in the Beppu Internationa Convention Center (Beppu B-con Plaza) in Beppu,Oita, Japan. Beppu is located in the northeast of Kyushu Iland. It is a beautiful popular hot spring town nestled at the two volcanoes, Mt. Yufu and Mt. Tsurumi. It has huge numbers of hot spring sources, which are famous for their high therapeutic effects.

1) How to access to the Venue
Take first an airplane to the Oita Airport from the International Airports.Number of direct flight from Narita International Airport to Oita Airport is limited. More number of flight from Haneda Airport to Oita Airport is available. When you would like to take an airplane from Haneda Airport, take first an airport limousine bus at the Narita Airport to the Haneda Airpor. It is most convienient way. Then take a highway shuttle bus at the Oita Airport to the Beppu Station, from which to the B-Con Plaza (Conference place) is 1.5 km.

There are two kinds of bus lines, B-line and K-line, to the city center at the airport.
1) B-line go to the JR Beppu Station,which is the terminal and also the destination for you.
2) However, number of B-line bus is limited. You can also take a bus in K-line, though it does not go to the JR Beppu Station. It goes to Shinkawa Bus Center. When you take this bus, get off at the bus stop, "Beppu Kithama", which is the nearest bus stop to the Beppu Station and walk about 10 minutes to the Beppu Staton.

The conference will be held in the International Conference Room in the 3rd floor of Beppu international Convention center (B-Con Plaza).
