REGISTRATION
Please register and pay for the registration fee through the JTB online system (which is active from December 28, 2022).
The participants, whose abstracts were accepted, have to pay for the registration
fee by the Deadline of the presenter Registration of February 15th, 2023 March 15th, 2023 April 30, 2023. Please note that the abstract acceptance will be automatically cancelled
and no publication of the abstract will be made, unless the registration
fee, for at least the presenting or the corresponding author, is received by the deadline of the presenter resistration.
The participants who paid for the following registration fees except "one-day
registration fee", can take part in all the events, including Welcoming
Reception, Two Social Tours of the "Beppu-Jigokumeguri Tour (The Hell
Tour)" and "Mt. Aso - Kumamoto Castle Tour". They can have
also teas and lunches during the conference days.
The participants who paid for "one-day registration fee" can
take part in the event held in the selected one day. They can have also
teas and a lunch on the selected one day.
For the participants who would like to take part in the Banquet, please pay for the banquet fee through also the JTB online system.
