ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

One page abstract with or without a figure(s) and/or a table(s) should be submitted by January 15th, 2023 February 28th, 2023 April 15th, 2023. The abstract should be submitted via the website (,which is active from November 15th, 2022, to April 15th, 2023). Submission by email, fax, and conventional mail cannot be accepted. A book of abstracts accepted for the presentation will be delivered at the forum.

Extended abstract and paper submission are not requested. Submission of your paper to the journals related to tribochemistry is encouraged.

The abstract has to be prepared using the Abstract template in Microsoft Word 2007 or newer versions. It has to include the title, name of author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address and the abstract itself. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. The abstract will be reproduced without reduction. Abstract has to be submitted by Microsoft Word and the pdf cannot be accepted.

Please note that when your abstract is accepted, the copyright is automatically transferd to the Tribochemistry Technical Committee, Japaneses Society of Tribologists (JAST).

The presenter has to register with payment of the presenter registration fee by the deadline of the presenter registration of February 15th, 2023 March 31st, 2023 April 30th, 2023. So, when you received an automatic abstract receipt notification mail, please pay for it. Please note that the abstract acceptance will be automatically cancelled and no publication of the abstract will be made, unless the registration fee, for at least the presenting or the corresponding author, is received by the Deadline of Presenter Registration.

The abstract submission online system will automatically be closed at the deadline of January 15th, 2023 February 28th, 2023 April 15th, 2023 and submission will no longer be possible via online.
